Tips for Accurate Measurements
General
Have someone else take your measurements where possible. Stand naturally with arms relaxed at your sides. Use a flexible measuring tape kept snug but not tight.
Girth
Measure from the midpoint of one shoulder, down through the crotch, and back up to meet the same shoulder. Keep the tape flat against your body.
Bust
Measure across the back and around the fullest part of the bust with your arms relaxed at your sides. The tape should be parallel to the floor.
Waist
Measure around where your waist naturally indents. Keep a finger between the tape and your belly for a comfortable fit.
Hips
Measure around the widest part of the hips with your feet together. The tape should be parallel to the floor.
